In establishing my practice, my primary goal was to create a space where clients receive the undivided attention and care they deserve. I believe in dedicating ample time to listen to each individual’s needs and provide personalized solutions without the constraints of a hectic schedule. My journey in healthcare has been shaped by a desire to prioritize quality over quantity, ensuring that every client receives the attention and support they require.

Currently on a path towards certification in Functional Medicine, I bring a wealth of experience to my practice. With a background spanning 19 years as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Level 1 and  Level 2 Trauma centers,  Community hospitals, Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care and  home health, I then  went on to study mental health , infusion therapy , employee health , primary care,  hospice  and palliative care  and regenerative medicine as a Nurse Practitioner. 

Beyond my professional pursuits, my passions extend to my family and friends, fostering children, engaging in activities like crocheting, kayaking, and participating in craft fairs. Crafting with my children brings me immense joy and I find fulfillment in volunteering at their school and  contributing to the community in meaningful ways.
